a good example of what I think would be compelling vr gameplay redesign is think of ragnaros. He's huge and no one wants to spend a vr fight breaking their neck looking at his ballsack. so instead you give mages and shamans the role of creating platforms from the earth (shaman fantasy) or magic, then everyone else can focus on platforming while the magic users do that shit.

it's been discussed to death. traditional MMO structure and combat can't work in VR, for a lot of reasons. If you want it to be a game people will play for hours and hours without getting motion sick, you need to either reduce the amount of movement or incorporate roomscale, and telling stories through walls of text, talking head UI elements, and cutscenes doesn't work at all.

I would rather take Star Wars Galaxies as base for the comfy feel, leave the JtL pretty much as it is since it's just diet XWA and that works well enough in VR and then redesign the combat to be simplified FPS, make resource gathering pretty much harvester only so manual sampling is only needed for on-the-fly small crafting and then take the existing crafting system and make it physical - take resource crates out of inventory, throw them into station, align parts onto blueprint. Keep the world and style and just build whole new mechanics that feel like original instead of being copy.

I've never actually seen a wallflower or shy anons in any event I've joined.
I'm convinced they don't exist how they're portrayed in the thread, and at best they're actually just sliiightly awkward normies that are indistinguishable from everyone else.
But it's impossible to ever ask because anons itt will say "That's totally me!" or "Yes they're here in X event!" and when you go join, you're just outting yourself for their amusement.

Yeah, literally everything else runs, I confirmed the dedicated GPU is the first card Vulkan sees, even tried forcing it just in case.
The only other thing I had planned to try was disabling the meager iGPU my 7800x3D has, but I lost hope in that working when I saw the 6700XT was the primary card according to vulkaninfo. And also even the iGPU has Vulkan support, so it should have still booted if into a slideshow.
The previous stable version of the game also fails because of some included libs being too old, for some reason. Sadly replacing them with my system libs did not work either.

It's worth going with your original idea to at least (temporarily) disable the integrated GPU as it should be a quick switch in bios/uefi to rule out a whole host of multi-gpu stuff that should 'just work' but often doesn't. In some cases, yeah. If you're able to push high enough bitrates on the Quest 3 (and good dedicated routers aren't that expensive now), it's not generally a problem though.
OLED blacks are nice on the PSVR2, but the lower resolution and smaller sweet spot are definitely noticeable.

Recently I've been losing hope that I'll ever find someone who'll love me. I really wanna give up. Reviewers were so retarded and useless

They complained about shit I don't even know what the fuck they are talking about. I like the controllers so much and that was the most universally panned aspect of the frame. People putting the straps in the wrong hole my fucking god.

But these mother fuckers, the sound on the frame is crucifiable and they didn't say shit. They pretended it's between quest and index quality because it's black and cool looking. It's undeniably worse than my quest 2. Volume, bass, sound stage, everything. Temple arms funnel sound power so much better than speakers on your cheeks.

But that's not all. At full volume I've noticed music makes flat game windows jitter worse. I don't know why frame is worse in this area because it's a intentionally designed use case. I don't know if oculus is using smoothing to reduce that or what. The frame is lighter and runs loud. Leakage doesn't describe it. Temple arms are off-ear headphones. Frame has bloody loud speakers. Take it off during a game, you'll realize everyone can hear it better than you. It's so loud that I want to do a battery life test with full and reduced volume and see if that's where all the battery life goes. This headstrap makes no sense. It's clearly for travel but its unusable without earbuds unless you are alone.
