I yelled at people yesterday (perhaps a little too severely) for crashing a streamer in the meetup.
I wish you guys would give the room owner a minute to assess the situation and kick a person before you pull out the crashers. I was getting ready to kick him, but instead someone crashed him (and me) before I could get to it.
Crashing people on stream is a great way to get banned, and that puts you guys either out of game or in a loop of ban evasion that leads to the 4 year ban.

So please, please, give the room owner a minute to kick the person before you pull out the crasher. I know I'm a little slower than you guys, but giving me 60 seconds to figure out what's going on to do something about it isn't asking much and it's a much less risky way to deal with these issues.

Picking the right position is the most important part, along with practice and something you may need to adgust the height setting. Basically because the IK without full body ties all your movement to your head movement you can grind on people by moving your head back and forth gently, or ride them by moving up and down. Works best if you're riding them in a seated position, especially if you're model is close enough that they can't really look down and see that your legs aren't spread like fbt would be in that position. The important part is giving them the visual aspect of an anime girl bouncing on their vrdick more than anything else. Practice it in front of a mirror in-game, see how much movement works well for you. As long as it would look good from only seeing the waist up it'll be good enough to get them off.

When I talk IRL, I feel like I can't be as honest about what I talk about, because it'll weigh on the one identity that I can't change, whereas on the internet, or in VR, I'm not "stuck".
