Grommet's events were high effort. He made great movies and a nice world for it. The downside to high effort events is that they are hard to have happen often.
Onion is great too, but he is able to do events often because he just uses virtual audio cable in a lag free box.

We do spend a lot of time in vrchat, you can find a meetup going on there every night. It is most active on weekends.

There are also some other games that are regularly played. The two being played at the moment are pavlov and beat saber.
Pavlov is very similar to counterstrike. Lobby info is posted here in the thread and there are a few games that pop up each day. These lobbies are also often posted in the discord.

Beat Saber is a rhythm type game, and people play online with a mod. I don't play Beat Saber so that's all I know about that, I don't know any specifics on how to join.
